 Can a 60 year old rifle be shipped from individual to individual, legally.  I need to ship an 03 Remington to a buyer & neither of us have FFL`s.   I dont want to pay an FFL if I dont have to but I want to do this legally.  All advice appreciated, thanks.  DAVE

Unless it is considered an antique (pre-1899) it must be received by an FFL.
