CDNN Investments is advertising a 85-95% 48a 8mm Mauser for $119. Does anyone have any experience with these rifles? Are they a good deal for this price?

I just sold a new one for an even hundred.  OK, it had 5 rounds thru it, but was otherwise unfired.
