Friend has a 1967 Winchester Model 70 (.30-06) with <30 rds of ammo through it. What would be a fair price for one in good-excellent condition? Thanks!

That's not what I'd call a C&R firearm or collector's item at all. Considering new Winchester 70s, which are better guns than those made in 1967, go for around $500, it would be stretching it to get $300.
