In the spirit of light and handy I went with a vx-freedom 1.5-4x. It works well. Good scope for the money. I used low rings which required removal of the rear sight. The comb height works well for that, but using medium rings wouldn't hurt, and retain the use of the irons. I'm average sized and the wife is small. She probably wouldn't appreciate medium rings.

It runs pretty harsh with hypervelocity and a silencer, works fine with regular SV when suppressed, and HV (a la minimag) runs either way. The LRBHO does function, but I have no idea where the OEM mag went. I've been using my clear 10/22 mags without issue.

Accuracy with target loads is not quite as good as my RAR, but it seems to like HV hunting oriented ammo much more than the RAR. As a general use .22 you should find it plenty accurate, a target rifle it is not. In the field the trigger is serviceable, but you may want to consider upgrading it if you want to spend the money/time.

Being a suppressed blowback rimfire, expect lots of powder fouling. Give it a couple drops of lube every 150rds of plinking or 50rds if it's been sitting.
