Was thinking about getting one of these for my 10/22 for kicks.  Good or Junk?  Will the hotlips work with these, can you mount a red dot or scope with this stock?  Thanks.

Personally, I'd recommend looking at the Walther G22 instead. I just didn't think that the muzzleite stock felt anywhere near as comfortable as my g22.

The Muzzlelite needs some clean up with the trigger mechanism, the sights are crap and the optics mount is weak. But they are just "for kicks" and are alot of fun as a plinker, and you won't care if you drop it somewhere.

The G22 is an awesome piece, but it's not fair to compare a ~$350. Walther to a ~$150. Ruger.
