hey guys,

I was thinking... Does anyone have any thoughts on if a double stack .22LR 10/22 magazine would be feasible?   I'm trying to visualize how the cartridges would lay on each other with the rim and all. I am sort of leaning to it would be cool but wouldn't work all that great. I know you could get like a butler creek 25 round length and get like 40 or 50 rounds in it

just curious

Don't the Russians have double stacked 7.62X54R's? I would imagine it would work but I think it would be cool in pistol form. Say a 20 round Mk 3.

The Ram line 30 and 50 round mags were double-stacked.  The 50 round is pretty much the same length as a 25 round Butler Creek.

The Grendel P30 (.22mag) had a double stacked 30 rounder, it was a standard sized handgun.
