How about it?  Has anyone here ever chopped a polymer stock, inletted it for a bull barrel, etc?  Any recommendations or advice?  What filler compound did you use?

Just use Bondo epoxy resin to seal it back up.  Prepare for things to get very messy.   If you cut or sand deep enough you are going to reach the fiberglass inner layers.
