Hey all!

I'm in the market for a good .22 bolt gun, primarily as a vehicle for my GemTech Outback suppressor. I'm pretty keen on the Savage MKII models mentioned above, specifically because they feature standard Weaver scope bases and a floated medium-heavy barrel, and can be upgraded with the Rifle Basix trigger group without breaking the bank.

Interested in any feedback y'all might have on these, and should I choose the FV (synthetic stock; lighter weight and marginally cheaper) or the BV (grey laminate stock; slightly heavier and more expensive, but more attractive)? I see that sling swivels are not included; I imagine they'd be much easier to install myself on the wood stock, true?

Thanks!
