I'm looking for a case that doesn't scream, "I have a gun!"  I was thinking of something like the 5.11 Covert M4 bag, but I'm not sure it's long enough.  My rifle is exactly 33.5" in length.  They list the interior length for this bag at 32".

Any other options I should look into before going the electric guitar gig bag route?  I'd also like to be able to fit several mags and other accessories (maybe a chest rig or battle belt) if possible.

Guitar bag is what I run, can't put anything else in it really. I sewed straps in it to hold the rifle and to hold an extra mag.

I'm searching for a gear bag now and I'm thinking hockey bag as a deployment bag.

I use a Road Runner Roadster Acoustic Guitar Gig Bag.  It was under $50.00 and has multiple pockets for mags and equipment.

Here's an eBay auction with free shipping.

I hid a 20" Colt in the back of
my station wagon in one of
these for a couple of days.
I put it on top of my folding
chairs in the back of my
car.

It's not too sexy, but this is
about as discrete as it gets.

I use a Nike bat bag like this one.  Got it at Big 5 for under $20.  Looks like Featheredmafia has been watching some Robert Rodriguez films.
