I don't like having a rifle and no good way to carry spare mags.

I'm looking for a simple chest rig for some G3 mags, does not need to be a plate carrier or anything other than pouches for 3-6 mags.

I would like to spend less than a hundred bucks, OD or Ranger green work best in my area.

Thanks!

First off, you may be hard pressed to do it for $100.

TT Mav with an ATS 7.62 triple shingle

I'd also throw on a HSGI bleeder on there. I like to have an IFAK on all my gear.

ATS Split Harness .308 rig. I have the 5.56 version. It's great and simple. I'd hotline you but it's a pain on my phone.

lol, is that like hotlinking?

not sure if this is the best price but it's what he's talking about. Looks sweet to me. I really like the wider shoulder straps

ETA: I'm a retard, this is the split front. I'm not really sold on split front yet and I'd rather delete the mag pouch under the strong side and put an IFAK there.

ETA 2: Does anyone have a picture of the backside to see how the strap work?

Here's something from Emdom.  I haven't used this particular product myself, but some other Emdom products served me well.

You could always find an old British Army or South African FAL set like this.  http://www.shop.hassayampasurplus.com/product.sc?productId=443&categoryId=18

Great piece of gear but that configuration is going to be double his stated price range.  Worth every penny IMO though.

Not sure if they still make them or what they cost, I have an old VA Beach made Blackhawk dedicated rig for 308 mags its a Rhodesian style no molle etc. Lighweight works great.
