Anyone Have a case they store their gear in?  Saw one on here before, and I found this covered in stickers on a local ad.  Got all 4 at $50 each.  They have scratches and wear, but 45 mintues w/ wd40, a razor scraper, and a srubbie, It cleaned up nicely.  I am keeping 2, as for the other 2, 1 for my dad, and one for my uncle.

I feel it was a good score.

Inside Is my Eagle plate carrier w/ cumberbun.  Custom Kevlar inserts (14 layers, in duct tape packing. (had spares and did testing, will easily stop small cals, but man thats gonna be a shitty kidney munch.  2 Level 3 stand alone plates(steel, w/ a rubber wrap. I created a custom 3 layer Kevlar wrap around, in redundant layer of duct tape, Identical, to protect from sprall..  3 mag carrier.  Warbelt set up for my fnp-45 (minus a holster because I dont know what a good one is, had and old Mikes cheapie that I ziptied on for now.  2 Pmags, 2pistol reloads, pouch, and dump pouch. Kbar, in eagle sheath...  Kevlar Helmet and goggles (they were $5)  Have a, British wool sweater, and some woodland camp pants that I use around in the country when im out and about.

Seems easy to have it all stored, out of the way, as my storage spase is limited, not to mention, It will be way easier to take out to travel with.

I was going to buy another Hardigg Footlocker to better organize and stow my gear.  Lucked upon this in a local surplus shop for $99 instead:

Its a 2-Dead-Hooker-Bag! lol   A 16" carbine fits broken down in the front compartment, has wheels on the bottom, mesh organizer pouches in the lid.

I need to get a set-up like this.

Right now I have all the stuff I use most on my FLC and on a duty belt, and everything else in a duffle.

Be nice to have a hard-sided box to put EVERYTHING in.

ETA; Pelican boxes are sweet, but I suppose you could get a Rubbermaid/Similar tub on the cheap. (Like BB868 already said)

My female GSD lays on the couch, and sometimes she'll start licking the microfiber for whatever reason...   Then I have to break out the steam cleaner.

There's a Force Protector Multicam Rolling Footlocker like mine on eBay for $250 out of Honolulu Hawaii:
