i believe that one is made by condor which I'll have to pass on.  So if you guys could point me in the right direction without breaking the bank it'll be appreciated.

You really should do some searching... there's tons of those. Look at Blackhawk, Camelback, Tactical Tailor, HSGI, etc...etc...etc..

Take a look at the ATS R.A.I.D. (II) for an all around good pack.

Look at Supply Captain's 117 "radio pack" for a tall, skinny (which your photo looks to be) pack it that's what you're looking for.  SC's was a special run/discontinued to I don't know how many they have and what colors if any.

thanks guys for the help and i did do a search but kept coming up with the condor pack.
