I have a first choice Apollo IIIA Concealable vest I wear for EMS.  It currently has the cooltec mesh carrier, Which drives me insane. Its always shifting, and rubbing.  I wore a second chance monarch for a few weeks.  Warmer, but didnt shift like this.  The Carrier itself (First Choice) Is cheap.  My question is, is there any cloth carriers like the second chance carrier I wore that my soft armor will fit into?

First Choice sells carriers that should fit all of the panels that they make.  Give them a call.
