I am looking at one from Propper Propper

And this one from Tru-Spec Tru-Spec

I like that the Tru-Spec coat is available in Multi-Cam and costs less.  I like that the Propper coat because it is real Gore-Tex and is NIR.  

What is everyones opinion on these two coats for cut, quality materials etc?   Also, are there other coats I should be looking at?
