Fun gun, I just got mine at the end of last year. I have put about 150 rounds through it since then, slugs, buckshot, game loads, it evens cycles light target loads (#7) shot.
They are commonly available in VA for about $970 +/- |

Thanks for all the kind replys fellas. Mike103, I got the gun for 999.99. I thought it was a hell of a deal. A local store tried to sell me an M4 for 1899.99. I said no thanks. I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the M2.

Welcome to the site, great choice for a shotgun, after you get your AR-15 as far as being happy, you will be but you will be building many, many more lol you'll find out what I'am talking about later on lol Good Luck and like I said welcome to the site alot to learn here with alot of good people

I would urge against the side saddle. Remember, this gun is inertia operated, not a gas gun. Any additional weight could negatively affect the performance.

Excellent point, and something everyone with inertia operated shotguns should keep in mind. We were concerned about this issue and spoke to a number of police armorers and did some testing of our own. The extra weight can indeed affect reliable operation with low-recoil ammunition, but the people we talked to said they never had any problems with extra shells on the weapon when using normal buck or slugs. This was our experience as well. So it all depends on what you want, and what you intend to do. |
