up the rims of the shells. This pretty much precludes reloading them. Any suggestions????

Maybe a bad burr on the extractor...or even part of the tip broken off? Is the gun new? Have you fired it in the past and found it did not do this until recently? Have you fired more than one brand / load thru it and observed this with all of them?

The gun is new and has only fired Remington Gun Club shells
