My favorite is my Kadet kit on a CZ75 SAO frame. Phenomenal accuracy and reliability, feels great in the hand, points naturally (for me anyway). But it's got some weight to it, doesn't quite sound like what you're looking for.
Also have a Volquartsen Scorpion which is a very, very nice suppressor host. Reliable, extremely accurate, lightweight, looks good. I do wish the bore axis was a little lower. Just feels a hair awkward being that I'm so used to the Kadet. Still, can't wait to get my Energetic Arms Nyx in and try it on the Volquartsen. My stainless Sparrow is nice on there, can't wait to try it with a lightweight suppressor.
