My preferred technique is to replace the MK III hammer with a VQ MK II hammer and replace the sear with a VQ MK II/III sear, and replace the hammer bushing with a tight MK II bushing. This reverts the configuration to the MK II trigger configuration with a very nice trigger.

I used the Sam Lam bushing to delete my mag disconnect.  It was fairly straight forward but somewhat of a pain getting everything lined back up for reassembly.
