320's or Gatorback, Slim or Regular?

I looking to put them on an officer size with magwell, and carry them daily.

I'd get the Gator grips.  I have 2 sets of the 320s.  The only thing I dislike is they absorb gun oil and they change color.  My Gators don't absorb oil.

I like the Diamondbacks, but if you carry then next to your skin, it'll take some getting used to.
