What's the purpose for this gun? Why would you want us to tell you what to do if we dont even know what your plan is?

Nothing wrong with getting a new toy, especially if the price is right.
You can always add goodies to the 1911 later.

That's what I'm thinking. You can burn up a grand pretty quick on custom gunsmithing, but a new 92FS is about $500. |
