Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - glock factory 18 round model 17 mags?

I just got 2 of these mags today, Ive never even heard of a factory 18 round mag before. They have real thin floorplates & under the glock logo on the back of the mag there's a little acorn with a "n" inside it & the follower has "9mm3" on it. I though all factory model 17 mags were 17 rounders, does anyone know where these one originated from?
