There are two different FEG "Hi-Power" like pistols.
One is very close to the FN/Browning in all respects and does indeed use original FN/Browning type mags. I have one and it does just fine. The second type, which your friend has uses a copy of S&W internals, and may not use the Hi-Power mags. |

I heard rumors SW 5906 mags work in those. I had one and converted a M9 mag that I ran in it.
