K&Y Imports lists the Sig 228 at $559 wholesale NIB with 2 10rd mags. $599 sounds good to me, Hope this helps.

Yes, it is a good price. However, I have seen the newer production run of the P228s. I don't like the DA trigger pull. It felt much heaviver than my P228. And the take down lever is too big and does not have that the classic SIG look.

That's a very good price for an older, like new SIG.

the newer SiGs do have a heavier trigger pull.
