Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - XDM not cocking from slide lock

XDM9 with a few thousand rounds through it.  Have never had an issue until recently.  Striker isnt locking back unless I physically pull the slide all the way back. Putting it to the slide lock to load a round wont cock it.  Any ideas?

Call Springfield!. I have only ever used rugers customer service and it was great but I have read for years that springfields is top notch! I’d give them a call .
