I opened up a Chiappa Rhino to install the double action conversion kit and everything works great until I tighten all of the side plate screws. Once everything is tightened the trigger wont reset unless you pull on the exposed "hammer" or sometimes when you bump the gun with your hand. I've taken the revolver apart a few times and put it back together all with the same result. The only thing I can think of that could possibly causing this issue is the pin that was put in to hold the double action sear and spring. If I'm looking down into the inner workings of the Rhino, should that pin head be facing up or down? I've seen it both ways in different videos.

Got it figured out. Had everything installed the correct way but need to hammer that pin in just a hair more.

I will. So far so good.

That is a picture of my issued M249 when I was still in the Marines. The quality of the picture went down when I shrunk the image. One of these days I'll fix it. :/
