have a friend that has one, the grips and finish is diferent from normal ones ,the lenght of the barrel too . when i comunicate with him again so he can give me a picture and specs.

yup...seen one....alaska got the first 100 of them for some reason.
Slick looking, but I prefer my Buzzed down SRH because the SRH alaskan has a narrow black blade front sight that is pinned in. The custom job I have has a fatty orange millet that i think is more appropriate for the intended usage of the gun. |

I shot one today at a vendor shoot. It was sweet! I love the shprt barrel and the grip. I very nice gun!

Was the kick a mutha f'er? I know what .454 feels like in a 5" with porting, how bad is the Alaskan. I want one for CCW.

The kick was not all that bad! I liked the SW 460 better, it can shoot the 460 454 and 45 colt, so it is just better IMO |
