I have a Kimber Pro Carry SLE (Stainless Limited Edition) and the slide to frame fit is the tightest I have ever seen on a 1911.  I was looking to purchase a DW last week, and when I picked it up, I found that the slide to frame fit was extremely loose.  Has Kimber's quality standards been lowered or is this just "the one that got out of the factory"?
