Got to shoot a good friends brand new Mark 23 today. He had a supressor for it, but was still waiting on the right insert fo rit, so I didnt get to shoot it with it on. Still, the Mark 23 is an outstanding H&K. I did notice though, while there is NO recoil to it at all, there is definitely more muzzle rise to it than my our USP 45's, but not bad at all. USP 45's have virtually no muzzle rise to begin with. In case your wondering, that is due to the larger, heavier slide of the MK 23. WIth the suppressor on it and/or the LAM, the muzzle rise would be greatly diminished.
Here are a couple of pics of me shooting it. The second one shows it at the apex of its recoil and muzzle rise.
