Barsto is in the process of taking orders for the next run of Hk .45 USP Compact lead shooting barrels.  Get your order in now as I was told these will be ready in four weeks.  You don't need to give them any money or credit card until they contact you and tell you they are done.

Umm......Pardon my stupidity, but what is the difference between a "lead" shooting barrel and "regular" barrel?

HK uses a polygonal barrel now, and if you shoot lead bullets thru it there is a good chance it builds up lead fowling which causes the gas pressure to rise to unsafe levels.
