Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Taurus 82 malfunctions

I just purchased a new model 82 and am having probleems with it.  It is jamming up when shooting double action and occasionallly it is breaking the bullet when fired. I'm going to call Taurus tomorrow about the issues.  Has anyone else had similar issues?  Is this because of timing?
