Just took it to the range.Am very impressed. Shot 4" group at 20 yds standing,double-action. I have never been an acurate shooter double-action. This was the fist 5 rnds out of the box with elcheapo 220 gr ammo. With my hand loads and practice,I expect to get 2-3" at the same distance. With a quality holster, I may have found a replacment CCW. I can recommend this gun.

This may be a dumb question-does this pistol require full moon clips?

Yes,it does,for ejection purposes. It came with 5 clips. Taurus calls them stellarclips. They hold 5 rds.Actually, they are very easy to insert and remove the cartridges, much more so than the clips I had for a Colt 1917.These need no tool like I used for the Colt. The Tracker is built on Taurus compact frame, hence the 5 shot.
