Looking for a good hip holster for concealed carry. Anyone have any experience with carring a full size .45 USP? Any ideas are appreciated.

I carry a USP .45 in a Galco Concealable holster (OWB) or a Milt Sparks Versa Max II (IWB).

The USP is not the easiest to conceal because of it's width.  But it is also not as difficult as what some make it out to be.  I've never had any problems.

Found it, Don Hume Jit slide, made for full size USP45, high ride leather. Got mine off of Ebay on the cheap.

the jit slide isnt really usefull on a full size usp as it takes it to lon to pull it straight up and then rotate for the first shot and its not canted.

i was looking at the Don Hume , h721 double nine , h722 enforcer

I would love to find a full sive holster with a open front for a fast draw

I have a Sam Andrews custom OWB that does a fair job of concealment with my .45 USPf, but I think you will badly need an IWB for serious, "deep" concealment...which I never even attempt with my H&K. JMO

I generally carry my Glock 30 when I want to "deep" conceal, usually with a Bianchi pro 100 IWB holster.  My H&K would generally be a fall/winter carry piece. I'm kinda checking out those SOB holsters but they look like they would maybe be a bit uncomfortable when sitting, especially when driving. Anyone tried one of these?
