I was looking for cheap 40S&W ammo and came across some Federal Champion. Is this brass cased? I went to the Federal site, but they didn't list the 40S&W Champion.

I bought 600 rounds of it, it's decent ammo.  A lot of smoke, and dirty, but it's okay.
