Basically what the title says.  Thanks.

I paid 43 + tax at Academy for 250 180gr MC from UMC (Remmington), but I'm trying to beat it.

I asked for a shipping quote for 1000 of the maine.  Shipping is $30.  So now, we're talking $150 for questionable rounds.  I think I'll pass and maybe just do this.

1000 Speer lawman TMJ 180 gr for $189 (free shipping)

I figure that's got to be better than the white box winchester stuff I just picked up from Walmart, and it's only a tad higher.

my local wally world also carries CCI-blazer-brass for 7.94 for a box of 50.that's 158.80 for a 1000,also what ever your local tax rate is also.

WWB is some dirty stuff.CCI is "clean" by comparison imo.speer bullets so they're accurate.cci boxed primers, and brass cases if you  want to reload.i believe the tmj is why they shoot so clean.

it's what  i use and have had no problems out of it through  about 2000 rnds so far.

If you have a Dick's Sporting Goods near you, they are running a good sale on Ultramax ammo... 225 rds for $24.98. I just picked up 6 boxes, 1350 rds, for $158.87 with tax. I also bought 2 boxes of .223 to try, 150 rds per box, for $24.98. The .223 is all Lake City brass to boot!

Do yourself a favor and ask the seller what Lot Number he is selling. This is because there have been factory recalls in the past, and you will want to do your homework here, too.
