I always liked the way they look and I haven't had one...yet.

I jut picked up one myself. I saw the 5 inch stainless and fell in love. My friend bought one because he loved mine so much. It amazes people at the range because it is so accurate. It has all the extras standard and you get a factory warranty. Unfortunately my dad blew mine up with a squib so it's at SW getting fixed. Good luck with yours. A relly nice purchase.

That's the performance shop model that's similar to the S&W1911, right? I saw one for sale at Galyans with the aluminum carry case. It was a sharp looking setup. I was very tempted.

Yep that one is the Performance Shop jobbie and it comes with the alum locking case.
