I have thought about buying a 9000S/F .40, but have read about frame cracking and poor customer service. Are these complaints legit, or just people bitching about stuff online for the sake of bitching?

I have one and love it, I've had no problems. It seems like I read that a small batch of the early production guns had a flaw and were recalled but I don't remember the details. I say buy it and if you are concerned call Beretta with the serial # and ask. My 9000 is my everyday carry gun
