My buddy has a new 92 and switched grips to the Hogue finger groove; only in the process of doing so stripped one of the grip screws. We went to Berreta's website but that site is like trying to navigate a minefield blind...

Any help would be appreciated.

You can call beretta, or buy some from hogue.  hogue has hex head screws that look quite nice, compared to the slotted ones.
