I was wondering if anyone could give me ideas as to why my G27 doesn't lock back?  I have two mags, and the slide closes on both when empty.  Any thoughts?  Thanks

Does the gun lock back with an empty mag when manually cycling?

What kind of ammo are you using?

How old/how many rounds have mags seen?

Is the tab intact on the slide release that the mag follower actuates?

whenever I've seen this happen it has been the follower on the glock magazine.

the slide stop is also easilly replaceable for under $20.

Is the notch in the slide rounded off?  I've heard of this when people use the slide stop to release the slide rather than just racking the slide after a reload.
