Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Dual action recoil systems

Does anyone here use a dual action recoil system?  My HK came with one from the factory is why I ask.  I see they come with steel guide rods.  I have also heard these make the gun rattle?  Fairy tales or what?

I am specificaly speaking of the Fire Dragon Dual Action Recoil System.

I've got one in my Glock 30, i don't remember the brand but it isn't the one you listed.  I got it from www.topglock.com  I don't think it takes out any recoil, but it helps with muzzle rise making it quicker to get back on target for the next shot.  It does have a metal guide rod.
