I just sold a Yugo SKS on gunbroker who appears to reside in CA. My SKS has the gernade launcher still intact.

What makes an SKS CA legal?

This guy bought the rifle however I am unsure if it is legal for me to send it to an FFL in CA.

What needs to be done to the rifle to make it CA legal should I need to ship it to him?

The only thing the CA SKS changes is the muzzle device.  I believe they come with an evil, child killing grenade launcher and we are only allowed the lowly muzzle brake.  I am not sure that you can send it, even to an FFL that will alter it before releasing it in the wild here in the PRK.  I would contact the buyer and offer to have it neutered at his expense prior to shipment, or he can take the neg. feedback for bidding on an item he cannot legally buy.
