Has anyone picked up one of these bad boys?

Im really thinking about getting one, most reviews seem to be positive, Just thought I ask here first to see what you experiences are.

Haven't bought anything from them since they changed owners years ago, but they were always a good company to do business with back then.

$319 doesn't sound too bad. Wish I had renewed my C&R now

I got one. Covered in cosmoline. Metal in great shape. All matching numbers. Stock is a little rough (which I like). Shoots GREAT!

First two 3 shot groups from 100 yds. shooting from a bench. I'm thinking about taking it deer hunting this year.

Did you pick the option for matching #s, or hand pick?

the blueing on yours looks to be really nice.

I just got one actually. Im pretty happy with it. opted for hand pick and number matching.

metal has some wear, but little to no rust, and bore is perfect. stock is pretty beat up but no chips or cracks. classic does a good job describing what you get. i will post pics if i can in a few days, so you can see what i got.

I shot mine again this weekend. Hands down the most accurate iron-sight rifle I own. They're just plain fun to shoot. Not alot of recoil.

I am still on the fence on this one. Would be my first sks. I would do number matching and hand select so I am trying to figure out if 359 plus shipping is a good deal for an sks right now with the rough stocks.

If you hold out you can find really nice mid production chicom sks rifle in the $300-325 range.

I recently got one on GB for $305.
