Looks like that rifle is sporting a Polish buttstock and pistol grip for a milled rifle, and a Polish upper and lower handguard for a stamped rifle. The top cover is for an AKM (stamped receiver) and is probably Polish, too. And, although difficult to see if it's a Chinese receiver, it looks like the rifle has undergone a refinish in its life.
The spike bayonet appears to have its original finish as the metal doesn't seem to match the receiver/barrel. Also, the rifle should be sporting a muzzle nut for a milled receiver and a non-threaded muzzle for the stamped receiver Type 56. Still, an interesting rifle.
