Say I was to purchase a U.S. made stock set from Ironwood Designs, would this count as one U.S. made part?

From what I understand, there are 3 compliance parts in a stock set for an AK: butt stock, pistol grip and forearm/handguards.

The pistol grip and buttstock would count as two parts.

Ironwood Designs makes some great stuff and is one of the primary suppliers for a variety of sellers...

Thanks for the link to them! I just ordered a stock set in Maple for my AKM! Those should be beautiful once finished/rubbed in tung oil.
