I have seen both the Tapco 6 pos. stock and the Blackjack stock adapter for the Ak47.
Two questions:
1. Which AK's will not accept (one or both) these CAR stock configurations?
2. Is either one of the above mentioned CAR stocks (adapter) definitely higher quality than the other??
One more thing, will the SAW grip fit any AK (including the Vepr's)??
Any advice (no flames) would be appreciated.

I noticed in a few pictures that the CAR stock rig (Blackjack adapter) appears to create a downward rake and on others it appears to be straight.
Which AK's will be "straight" and which will be more downward rake?
Thanks

Here's my VEPR with the Blackjack adapter, CAR stock and SAW grip.
The Blackjack adapter isn't of higher quality than the Tapco, but the stock you can mount to the adapter is typically of a higher quality than the Tapco.

On a more authentic looking AK, I tend to agree. But on a VEPR, which is already "non-spec" what's the harm? It's just making the stock shorter to be more user friendly. That VEPR stock is WAY too long...
Saw grip is faggy leave it off. As far as AR stocks just do a froogle search. Stocks, adaptors, and combo are all available.

should fit fine on any standard stamped receiver (excluding the Chinese and Yugo's I'm guessing).
But like any stock from Tapco will eventually fail on you after extended use. Take that advice to heart.

Do whatever you want to your AK. I put an Advanced Technology stock on my angle cut MISR-90 today. It was stockless for a couple years. Now it has a longer length of pull than the miniature standard AK stock. The AT handguards won't be used tho, I plan on getting some black plastic from K-Var.

If you are gonna go with a CAR stock - do yourself a favor and check out ACE.
While those little nylon adaptor stubs seem to be rather tuff if you have a special stock in mind, the Tapco bit is fine for range plinking, but ACE is nicest.
The SAW type fits most any stamped ak, but I prefer the Ergo riflestocks.com
