My friend has an FEG AK...we can't get any mags to fit.

Mag bodies are all too wide...even 74 style mags are too wide.

Do these take a special mag?

The model is

SA2000M

Made in Hungary..blah blah blah

I am no expert but cdninvestments.com has mags specifically for this gun.

It is a single stack rifle.  The mag well can be opened up and a feedramp installed to feed from regular mags.
