Neither, get one, shoot a while, then decide. Bbls can be threaded later and I am not a big fan of set screws.

You have time to decide....Those VEPRs arent gonna be here for a while..........You could just order the VEPR and then order a phantom 5c1 or 5c2. take it to your gunsmith and have him turn the threads out, deepen the hole and press/setscrew it on the end of your barrell......Then you would have both.
