I've been shooting short stocks on my AR's and AK's for so long that I hate the NATO length stocks now.

I'm 6'2" and I much prefer the original length AK stock to the longer "NATO" one. |

Would using a Bulgarian buttstock screw up the parts count on the SA M-5S?

If it's the longer NATO length, then it's US made. K-Var also sells a US made standard length stock.
The SA-M7, M7S, M7R, and M7A1 all use US stock sets. The M7 Carbine may very well have a Bulgarian buttstock. |

K-Var and Arsenal called their longer stocks "NATO" length to show the difference with the standard length AK stocks..... I know that the Vepr stocks are a little longer than the standard AK stocks, but honestly I don't know by how much. The K-Var NATO stocks are 1.5" longer than the standard. |

I'm ashamed to admit that I purchased a Warsaw length buttstock for my SA M7 A1R and I have yet to install it
