I was wondering first, how compatible is the AMD Handguard with standard AK handguard retainer? Second, what are people's experiences with the ergonomics of the AMD handguard? Is it more comfortable than the Romanian Wooden Foregrip? I find the Romanian to be a little uncomfortable on my wrist unless I extend my index finger to lay along the side of the handguard.

it is compatable, but its is about the same comfort wise due to angle, but the AMD gets REALLY hot when you shoot it
