Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anybody messed with a SA 2000M hungarian?

I bid on a SA 2000M by FEG and after the fact I found out it doesn't take Hi-cap magazines.  I thought it was a different version of the SA 85m I had once only with a muzzelbrake and a synthetic stock.  The lower has the dimples and looks normal so if I win the auction what is different about it?  Will I just have to open it up like a Wasr or are the internals/mag well diminsions off so that it can not be modified?

So what all was different?  Any internals?  Did he just chop back the sheetmetal on the lower to make the magwell bigger?

Edit:  That is exactly what I wanted to make.  It also looks like the guy is going to let me cancel the auction.    I am a moron.

IIRC, he opened up the magwell, and had to rerivet the triggerguard. I don't think there was a whole lot more involved than that.
