No. The carpal, anther, filament and petals are different than in a poppy. But it's close enough to make it a cool shirt to wear in Afganistan.

Anyone knwo why he's wearing an orange girl's shirt?
Anyone? Anyone? No takers? Ok then, I'll tell you. There is a song, very popular in the Middle East - called "Burt'quali" - "orange" Started in Egypt, worked its way to Iraq, and now it has reached afghanistan (they are behind the trends  )Anyway, it is a pop song, about this girl a guy spots on the street in an orange dress, she's pretty hot, so he sings about her. The fad is now for hip young men and women to wear orange, and instead of hollering "Shortay" to get a girl's attention, they holler "burtuqali". Neat AMD.
